For young adults facing executive functioning challenges who are transitioning to a gap year, higher education, or the work force and wanting stability and support.

  • Navigating and establishing structure in your new environment

  • Building and strengthening executive control and life skills

  • Implementing support structures and accountability systems

  • Prioritizing short-term and long-term goals

  • Accessing school, community, and/or employer services

  • Increasing self-awareness and self-sufficiency

  • Build resilience to navigate daily obstacles that can interfere with efficiency 

  • Support self-monitoring skills that keep student on track towards achieving life goals
